concerning God

We believe in the trinity consisting of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, equal persons of the same essence.

We believe in the virgin birth of Christ, His sinless perfection, death, bodily resurrection, and personal, premillennial return to the earth.

We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit, who is co-equal with the Father and the Son. He works to convict us of our sin, to instruct and guide believers, and to empower God's people with spiritual gifts.

We believe the Bible is God's Word, free from error, written by human authors by the supernatural inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that all men are sinners and can be saved only by grace through faith, apart from works, and when so saved are eternally secure.

We believe that Adam was created in perfect fellowship with God, but by his own choice sinned and brought separation from God for all mankind.

We believe that the church is a local, visible body of baptized believers covenanted together to carry out the work of Jesus.

We believe that the commission of the church extends to the uttermost part of the earth to evangelize, to baptize by immersion, and to teach all things that Christ has commanded.
